Safe lifting and lowering solution
The gripper conveyor offers the advantage of allowing safe lifting or lowering of the product while using very little floor space (2′-4″ x 9′ are required). The side grippers firmly but gently grip the moving products, ensuring continuous transport through changes in elevation and seamless unloading onto the discharge conveyor.

Description
Gripper elevators can achieve a standard speed of 45.7 m/min (150 ft/min), and higher speeds are possible with optional rotating discs. The gripper conveyor is adjustable from 0 to 20.3 cm (0 to 8 in) using a simple handwheel. Various widths are also available.
The term "gripper" is commonly used in industry to refer to two parallel conveyor sections mounted side-by-side on a support structure. This gripper grasps and transports the product in an upward or downward motion, while incorporating a buffer zone at the end of the conveyor or between different conveyors.
The products are carefully but controlled in a way before being moved to another section of the conveyor.
